I'm Zonika Schutte, originally from Sasolburg. After studying in Potchefstroom, Covid-19 brought me back home, but it didn't stop me from conquering the accounting world virtually. I'm a hardworking, reliable, and independent individual, unafraid to take the lead and always motivated to go the extra mile. As a CA(SA), I have a burning passion for accounting, real estate, and sectional titles, constantly seeking new skills and applying my diverse knowledge in various situations. Beyond numbers, I find joy in jogging, spending time with my family, hiking, and leisurely mall walks. For me, accounting is about making a difference and helping others. I also have a master's degree in corporate communication with the focus on online mitigation strategies for effective brand building. Beyond the realm of VA, I have diverse range of interests and hobbies. A love for musical instruments, I often find solace in the melodies that flow from strings and keys. But it doesn’t stop there, as I adore dramatic arts & reading captivating novels. I embrace challenges with a fearless attitude as I am a true go-getter with a positive outlook on life. I always remind myself to approach every obstacle as an opportunity for growth. I studied accounting and finance in America where I also played tennis professionally for my university. I am back in South Africa to learn and grow in the accounting industry. I believe in continuous learning and growth, and I am always looking for opportunities to improve my skills. Outside of work, I enjoy jogging, woodworking, and I have a great passion for tennis, which helps me maintain a balanced and creative mindset.
